David has significant experience of projects involving repair and restoration works to a wide variety of listed buildings and ancient monuments on behalf of the National Trust, English Heritage and others, also housing of a variety of types and museum projects on behalf of the National Railway Museum. Over the last few years David has also been involved with projects involving increased levels of sustainable elements, working initially with Eco Arc on the sustainable development of Gibson Mill for the National Trust. He has also prepared feasibility estimates for a variety of sustainable projects in conjunction with Eco Arc. |

As sustainable requirements become a more important part of ongoing construction works David is becoming increasingly aware of the importance of sustainable construction. A recent project on behalf of the National Railway Museum involved rainwater harvesting, together with a wind turbine for power generation and a substantial photovoltaic roof. |
